To ensure each CannaTrading CT™️ customer is completely satisfied we guarantee all our products to be free of (manufacturer) defects and perform to the highest quality standards. That's why if you are not completely happy with your purchase, you have the option to return it with us within 14 calendar days of receiving it at your delivery address.
All items must be returned in within 14 days of receipt in their original packaging, sealed, unopened, unused, undamaged, not worn or washed and the tags are attached.
Over 14 days since you received your orde, the item has been used, worn, altered or washed and the packaging or the tags have been removed.
If you wish to return an item, please contact a member of our Customer Service Team by e-mail via support@CannaTrading.store. Only once arranged with a member of our Team may an item be returned. If damaged, we will be happy to send out a replacement once the original item has been received back to us and inspected. You must inform us within 14 days of receiving your item that you wish to return it. Upon agreement, you must then return it within another 14 days.

All items are subject of inspection. The costs of shipping is non-refundable and a restocking fee of € 10,00 may be applied to items that are returned damaged and not in the original packaging. Due to an automatic ordering system, order modifications are no longer possible once your order has been placed online at www.CannaTrading.store. As soon as your order is shipped out, you will receive a tracking e-mail thatwill enable you to track your package.
The shelf life of your CBD product can be found on the the bottle. Each individual bottle of CBD Oil has an individual shelf life, so you must refer to yours to see it.
If you item was damaged upon delivery, you must inform us within 7 calender days of receipt at your address. Use support@CannaTrading.store to let us know of any damages (with photos please). Once sent back to us, we will inspect the item and send out a replacement if applicable.
If you receive a damaged item, please take photos right away. Ensure that the goods are packaged safely and securely for their journey back to us and once agreed with our customer service, send the goods back to us for inspection.
If a refund has been rquested, upon the agreed return of an item to our warebouse, a member of our staff will inspect the item to ensure it meets the above conditions. If approved during the inspection, a refund will be issued back to you to your initial payment method if possible.
Return costs incurred by the customer are non-refundable unless the item arrived damaged. We take customer service very seriously, so if you are not satisfied with a product, we want to here from you.
